Recitation should be done minimum 2 times a day and best times are, in the morning as you wake up and 2 nd is just before sleeping.
Example : My target is to have a Honda City.
Recite regularly ‘I have white Honda City vx model.
Now start visualizing it. Imagine it has become a reality. You have white Honda City .
Feel it, touch your car, see its paint quality, texture of paint, grip the steering and drive the car. Feel that car in whatever way you can. Feeling is the most important factor.
